At Maru Designs, we want you to love your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully:

🇬🇧 UK Returns:

• We accept returns from UK customers within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Personalized items (e.g., coasters with custom dog names) cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) back to your original payment method.

🌍 International Returns:

• We are unable to accept returns from outside the UK at this time.

• Please double-check your order details carefully before purchasing internationally.

🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Provide clear photos and your order number.

3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs if applicable.
